Job summary

OrthoFi is seeking a Training & Implementation Lead to roll out our products nationwide for orthodontic practices. You will manage end-to-end implementations, align stakeholders, schedule tasks, and drive adoption across the network.

Expect several weeks of remote training, some onsite coaching, and ongoing post-implementation support with the Adoption and Account Management teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2–4 years of client-facing training experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of client-facing training experience in software/service/processes strongly desired.
• Excellent presentation skills, professionalism, and poise.
• Aptitude for building rapport and trust among others quickly, and others love to work with you.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time in normal seasons (2-3 day, 2 weeks / month) with occasionally peak seasons requiring 75%.
• Experience with instructional design is nice to have

Responsibilities

• Roll out OrthoFi products and services to orthodontic practices nationwide.
• Partner with orthodontists and staff to ensure they are successful.
• Manage end-to-end implementation, aligning key stakeholders, scheduling, following project plans, and turning challenges into wins.
• Deliver several weeks of remote training and setup, followed by onsite training/coaching at practices.
• Provide post-implementation support with tight alignment with Adoption and Account Management Teams.
• Collaborate with Training Development to continuously improve training materials and formats based on customer feedback and surveys.
• Support continuing education needs, including hosting office hours, new staff training, and other training needs as assigned.
• Trainings and duties may fall outside standard work hours in the employee’s timezone.
