Job summary

OrthoFi is seeking a Training & Implementation Lead to manage end-to-end rollout of our products for orthodontic practices nationwide. The role combines remote and onsite training, coordinating with stakeholders, and guiding clients through go-live with strong project plans.

The position is temporary through December 31, 2026, with potential for continuation based on performance and business needs. Travel approximately 75% is expected, with work-from-home options available where feasible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of client-facing training experience in software/services.
• Experience in instructional design is a plus notably for training material.
• Orthodontic or dental industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and training for orthodontic practices, ensuring adoption of OrthoFi solutions.
• Align with stakeholders to manage scheduling, timelines, and training needs.
• Conduct remote and onsite training sessions, supporting staff during setup and go-live.
• Support post-implementation activities, including office hours and new staff training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth client handoffs.
