Job summary

DentalMonitoring, a MedTech scale-up in orthodontics, seeks an Integration Consultant / Treatment Coordinator / Orthodontic Assistant / Office Manager with 8–10 years of orthodontic experience to onboard offices and tailor workflows. You will train clinicians, nurture customers, and act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform, with up to 35% travel to implement in-person.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of consultative experience.
• 2+ years of successful track record at DentalMonitoring (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of conceptual/consultative selling.
• Consultative training and implementation experience.
• Ability to build and maintain positive partnerships with customers.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Native speaker of the local language and good level of English.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to each office.
• Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions.
• Nurture existing customers to maximize benefits of AI technology and dashboard.
• Build strong relationships so customers continue to use and advocate for DentalMonitoring.
• Serve as a technical bridge between customers and the platform.
• Support and attend local trade shows.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales reps for onboarding excellence.
• Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing hesitations about disruptive technology.
• Travel up to 35% overnight travel to train and support in-person office implementations.
• Serve as regional lead for escalated implementation challenges.
• Share best practices with colleagues and provide market insights to management and marketing teams.
