Job summary

OrthoFi is seeking a Training & Implementation Lead for a temporary remote role, focused on rolling out our orthodontic software nationwide. You will manage end-to-end implementations, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver both remote and onsite training with post-implementation support.

The role requires 2–4 years in client-facing training for software/services, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a willingness to travel about 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of client-facing training experience in software/service/processes preferred.
• Orthodontic or dental experience a plus; OrthoFi experience is highly beneficial.
• Excellent presentation skills, professionalism and poise.
• Strong rapport-building and adaptable communication skills.
• Results oriented with problem-solving and innovative thinking.
• Excellent work planning and analytical skills; ability to prioritize.
• Willingness to travel ~75% of the time (2–3 day trips, 3 weeks/month).
• Instructional design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and training efforts for orthodontic practices, ensuring successful adoption of OrthoFi solutions.
• Align with stakeholders to manage scheduling, timelines, and training needs.
• Conduct remote and onsite training sessions with hands-on system setup and go-live support.
• Support post-implementation activities, including office hours and staff training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client handoffs and project continuity.
