This role emphasizes patient-facing service, coordination with clinicians, and accurate documentation to keep the ortho calendar full and appointments running on time.

You will greet patients, review paperwork, confirm consents, present treatment options and timelines, and support financial arrangements and scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all patients on the ortho schedule.
• Review new patient paperwork prior to visit or at visit.
• Confirm all consents are in patient document center before appointment.
• Ensure appointments are scheduled correctly and timely.
• Prepare/review daily schedule and flag concerns to maintain full schedule.
• Present treatment options and timelines to patients; educate on value.
• Discuss financial options and arrange payments.
• Schedule treatments and manage pre-authorization/denials.
