You will greet patients, review paperwork, confirm consents, coordinate appointments, discuss treatment options, and handle financial arrangements to keep a full, efficient schedule. You will collaborate with the dental team to ensure a high-quality patient experience from scheduling through follow-up.

Qualifications

• Greet all patients on the ortho schedule.
• Review new patient paperwork when available or at visit.
• Verify consents and clearances in patient records.
• Ensure appointments are scheduled in correct time frames.
• Maintain daily schedule and communicate concerns to keep schedule full.
• Explain treatment options and timelines to patients.
• Discuss financial options and arrangements with patients.
• Schedule treatments and follow up on approvals.
