Legendary Smiles Orthodontics in Reno, NV is hiring a front desk customer service specialist. This full-time, travel-capable role supports multiple local clinics; you will greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones with a warm, professional demeanor.

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have 3–5 years orthodontic CSR experience, reliable transportation, and be comfortable with a drug screen.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated orthodontic customer service experience is required.
• Travel: Reliable transportation and a strict willingness to travel to our local offices, including Carson City, as needed.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• First Impressions: Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, greeting patients and families with legendary customer service.
• Schedule & Coordination: Efficiently manage orthodontic scheduling, multi-line phones, and patient check-ins/check-outs across our high-energy front office.
• Multi-Site Support: Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting front desk operations at our designated local clinics.
• Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our clinical orthodontic assistants and doctors to ensure an excellent, timely patient experience.

This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.

The pay range for this role is:

18.50 - 18.50 USD per hour (Legendary Smiles - Neil)
