Legendary Smiles Orthodontics in Reno, NV is seeking a bilingual orthodontic front desk specialist with 3–5 years of customer service experience. You will travel to local offices, greet patients, and manage scheduling with a welcoming, team‑oriented approach.

Strict Role Requirements: This position requires 3 to 5 years of orthodontic customer service experience and fluency bilingual in English and Spanish. Candidates must also have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to our local offices, including Carson City.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated orthodontic customer service experience is required.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• First Impressions: Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, greeting patients and families with legendary customer service.
• Schedule & Coordination: Efficiently manage orthodontic scheduling, multi‑line phones, and patient check‑ins/check‑outs across our high‑energy front office.
• Multi‑Site Support: Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting front desk operations at our designated local clinics.
• Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our clinical orthodontic assistants and doctors to ensure an excellent, timely patient experience.

This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
