Job summary

Eastern Dental is seeking an Orthodontic Receptionist to greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage front desk tasks across multiple offices in the Toms River area. This traveling position offers mileage reimbursement and exposure to a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include answering phones, registering patients, posting charges, following up on no-shows, and assisting with front desk operations while delivering exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• Experience answering the telephone in a professional environment.
• Experience in the Dental or Healthcare Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet patients upon arriving and leaving.
• Answering telephones, schedule and confirm appointments and manage front desk voicemail.
• Register patients from sign in sheet; post charges and payments to patient accounts.
• Maintain the waiting area for patients; follow up on no shows and cancellations.
• Perform other tasks as necessary.
