Job summary

Eastern Dental is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to greet patients, respond to questions, chart, take digital x-rays, and provide chair-side support. The ideal candidate has previous dental assistant experience and an active NJ Dental X-Ray License.

Experience with Denticon is preferred, and applicants should demonstrate exceptional communication and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dental assistant experience required.
• NJ Dental X-Ray License is required.
• Exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with Denticon is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and departure.
• Respond to patient questions and/or concerns and escalate if needed.
• Charting
• Taking patients' digital x-rays
• Chair side dental assisting
• Perform other tasks as necessary
