We offer mileage reimbursement!What You'll Do:Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate wayEducate patients about their orthodontic conditions, treatment options, and oral healthAddress patient questions and concerns about recommended treatmentsBuild rapport and trust to help patients feel comfortable accepting needed careExplain procedures, timelines, and what patients can expect during treatmentSchedule treatment appointments and coordinate complex multi-visit casesFollow up with patients who are considering treatment to answer additional questionsWork closely with dentists and specialists to understand treatment plans thoroughlyCoordinate between multiple providers for patients receiving specialty careTrack case acceptance rates and identify opportunities to improve patient educationMaintain detailed notes on patient consultations and treatment discussionsSupport patients throughout their treatment journey from start to finishWhat You Need:2-3 years of dental experience, preferably in OrthodonticsStrong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain complex dental concepts in simple, relatable termsEmpathy and patience when working with anxious or hesitant patientsStrong organizational skills to manage multiple treatment cases simultaneouslyExperience with Denticon is preferredPassion for helping patients understand and invest in their oral healthEastern Dental is an equal opportunity employer.
