Job summary

Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Practice Manager to lead operations, people, and culture in a fast-paced clinic. You will oversee scheduling, compliance, budgeting, and marketing initiatives to grow patient volume and strengthen referral relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in dental/healthcare leadership, a related degree, and a passion for coaching and change management.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience leading a team.
• Two or more years of experience in a dental/healthcare environment is asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in retail, business, office administration, or related field preferred.
• Passionate about coaching and mentoring others.
• Strong aptitude for change management.

Responsibilities

• Support with all aspects of practice operations (e.g., scheduling, patient correspondence, third party services, etc.).
• Manage all areas of compliance (HIPPA/PIPA, OSHA, etc.).
• Accountable for practice budget and targets, monitoring and overseeing A/R, and EOM reconciliation.
• Processing insurance payments and refunds.
• Lead and execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives to support practice growth, increase new patient acquisition, and strengthen referral relationships.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture to attract, develop, retain, and onboard team members.
• Ensure teams remain up to date on new techniques and trends in their profession.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and promptly resolving patient inquiries as they arise.
• Support practice performance and partner with our doctors and functional support teams to help identify opportunities that deliver optimal performance and operational excellence.
• Lead and maintain communication with the doctors and team through meetings to foster an inclusive and team-based environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health standards in line with regulatory bodies and internal policies.
• Provide back-up support to Treatment Coordinator as required, including patient consultations and education about orthodontic treatment.
