Legendary Smiles Orthodontics in Reno is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee and elevate our local practice. You will report to the Regional Operations Director and lead a dedicated team of clinicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements include 1–3+ years in dental practice management, an AA in Business or equivalent, knowledge of dental billing/insurance, and proficiency with practice management software.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of dental practice management experience (orthodontic experience is a plus!).
• Associate Degree (AA) in Business, Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of dental billing protocols, insurance processing, and practice management software.
• Leadership traits: lead with empathy, resolve team conflicts, prioritize projects, and manage time effectively.
• Safety-sensitive; pre-employment drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to promote growth.
• Monitor and manage daily performance metrics including production and collections.
• Schedule and supervise front and back office teams and patient flow.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance and credentialing coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing to support local campaigns and growth.
• Maintain office facilities and manage vendor relationships.
