Job summary

Premier Orthodontics in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. You will manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and front desk duties while delivering warm, professional service.

Working closely with the clinical staff, you will ensure smooth patient flow, collect demographics, uphold HIPAA, and maintain a welcoming environment. Previous dental/medical office experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
• Experience with practice management software and scheduling systems preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service focus.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, including appointments, cancellations, and reschedules.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders to minimize no-shows.
• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome.
• Register new patients and update demographics and financial information.
• Coordinate patient flow with clinical staff to minimize wait times.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Keep front office and reception area clean, organized, and professional.
• Relay messages for providers and staff in a timely and accurate manner.
