Pay: $17-$20 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check‑in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Verify dental insurance and ensure accurate patient records
• Prepare the daily schedule and support smooth office flow
• Conduct treatment follow‑up calls to support case acceptance
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver excellent care
