Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking an Orthodontic Operations Manager to drive budgeted financial performance at our Marlborough location in partnership with the Orthodontist. You will lead the team, optimize schedules, manage expenses, and ensure a Perfect Patient Experience, while coordinating marketing, patient care, and compliance.

You will guide day-to-day operations, develop staff, monitor KPIs, and maintain brand standards to deliver consistent patient care and growth.

Qualifications

• Healthcare/Dental/Orthodontic operations experience preferred.
• Experience with Ortho2 or Dolphin software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize office performance to meet NOI targets.
• Coordinate local marketing and community engagement with support from regional teams.
• Develop team through coaching, performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
