Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking an Operations Manager in Massachusetts to lead daily operations, drive budgeted performance, and improve the patient experience. You will work with providers to set office goals, lead a team, and ensure high-quality care while managing expenses and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and interdepartmental collaboration to deliver a Perfect Patient Experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Healthcare, Dental and/or Orthodontic Operations.
Experience with Eaglesoft, CareStack, or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in daily huddles and structured meetings.
Achieve year-over-year revenue and profit growth through effective resource utilization.
Develop action plans to achieve monthly goals, including team development and process adherence.
Monitor daily/monthly performance, optimize schedules, and manage expenses to meet NOI targets.
Analyze collections trends, implement changes to maximize revenue, and ensure cash management compliance.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and recognition to drive team success and engagement.
Coordinate local marketing programs and community events with support from National/Regional teams.
Support the clinical team in delivering comprehensive patient care and appropriate referrals.
