Ideal Dental in Flower Mound, TX, is seeking an Orthodontic Manager to lead a specialty team and elevate the guest experience. You will coordinate front desk operations, schedule patients, and ensure smooth daily workflows while aligning with our patient-centered care.

This role focuses on managing Endodontic front and back-office staff, reviewing treatment plans and insurance, and driving consistent revenue growth through effective team leadership and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 2 years of orthodontic experience required.
• 1 year dental management experience preferred.
• Experience with treatment plans required.
• Insurance verification experience required.
• Digital practice software experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk flow.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments professionally.
• Adapt scheduling as needed and inform patients and staff.
• Maintain full schedules and smooth workflow.
• Collect balances and verify insurance when needed.
• Present treatment plans, verify coverage, determine patient financial responsibility, and assist with pre-authorizations.
• Review upcoming schedules and audit accounts.
• Coordinate patient check-in and check-out.
• Support office operations as needed.
• Oversee schedule of staff, doctors, and patients.
• Motivate Endodontic Team to meet revenue goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Manage Endodontic front and back-office staff.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development for Endodontic Team.
• Complete reports accurately and timely.
• All other duties as assigned.
