Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics seeks an Integration Specialist to drive onboarding, adoption, and growth of its digital orthodontic system across practices. You will apply clinical expertise to optimize office workflows and train doctors and staff to modernize and scale their use of LightForce.

Collaborating with the sales team, you will assess current states, define adoption paths, and deliver training resources to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer success.

Qualifications

• Clinical certification in dentistry or Orthodontics required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant Orthodontics health industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to doctors to achieve onboarding and full integration.
• Foster positive relationships within targeted practices and with partners.
• Deliver clinical training and presentations virtually and in person.
• Demonstrate leadership with a customer-focused, strategic mindset.
• Lead onboarding training strategy and develop resources for adoption.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to prioritize opportunities.
• Mentor internal and external partners on best practices.
• Stay connected with orthodontic organizations to track trends.
