Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics seeks an Integration Specialist to drive onboarding, adoption, and growth of the LightForce system in orthodontic practices. You will apply clinical expertise to optimize office workflows and train teams to embrace the LightForce platform.

Collaborating with sales, you will assess current states, develop defined work paths, and deliver resources to enable full adoption while maintaining a positive customer experience. Travel nationwide will be required.

Qualifications

• Clinical certification in dentistry or Orthodontics.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in orthodontics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 65-75% in Atlanta, GA and Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to doctors for onboarding and full integration.
• Foster relationships with practice teams and partners to modernize growth.
• Deliver clinical training and presentations virtually and in person.
• Lead and manage onboarding training strategy with doctors and staff.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support to prioritize opportunities.
• Mentor internal and external partners on best practices.
• Stay engaged with orthodontic organizations to track trends.
• Use data analytics to help customers drive decisions.
