Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics seeks an Integration Specialist to onboard and grow the LightForce system in orthodontic practices. You will apply clinical expertise to map workflows, deliver training, and enable doctors and staff to fully adopt the LightForce platform.

Collaborating with sales and marketing, you will prioritize opportunities, mentor partners, and use analytics to drive decision making while traveling up to 65–75% across Atlanta, other parts of Georgia and Alabama.

Qualifications

• Clinical certification in dentistry or Orthodontics (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA etc.)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Orthodontics
• Valid Driver's license and ability to travel up to 65-75% of the time in Atlanta, other parts of Georgia and Alabama

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to doctors to achieve onboarding and full integration in orthodontic practices.
• Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams within targeted practices and partners to modernize and grow the business using LightForce system.
• Deliver Clinical Training and presentations virtually and in person to maximize implementation and utilization of LightForce technology and refine office processes.
• Demonstrate leadership by being customer focused, strategic, and results-driven; develop skills continuously.
• Jointly lead and manage the new customer onboarding training strategy and deliver full integration with doctors and staff.
• Strategically work with sales, marketing, and commercial support to prioritize opportunities.
• Mentor internal and external partners on best practices in clinical implementation.
• Stay active with orthodontic organizations to stay abreast of trends affecting our business.
• Provide clinical input for product development and software enhancements using current industry knowledge.
• Use data/analytics to help customers drive decision making.
• Orchestrate internal resources to optimize customer experience and promote LightForce solutions.
• Diagnose results, lead triage/execution, and communicate outcomes to leadership; manage multiple projects.
• Manage travel bookings within guidelines and ensure timely expense reporting.
• Be creative, self-disciplined, and capable of completing critical tasks independently with urgency.
