Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics in Greater Atlanta is seeking an Orthodontic Integration Specialist to drive onboarding, adoption, and growth of LightForce’s orthodontic system across dental practices. You will apply clinical expertise and knowledge of orthodontic office workflows to identify growth opportunities and accelerate revenue and case volume.

Qualifications

• Clinical certification in dentistry or Orthodontics required (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA, etc.)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Orthodontics
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 65-75% of the time in Atlanta, GA and Alabama

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to doctors to achieve onboarding and full integration in orthodontic practices.
• Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams and partners to modernize and grow the business with LightForce system.
• Deliver Clinical Training and presentations virtually and in person to maximize implementation and utilization of LightForce technology.
• Demonstrate leadership by customer focus, strategic thinking, and a global/company mindset.
• Lead onboarding training strategy and deliver full integration with doctors and staff.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to prioritize opportunities.
• Mentor internal and external partners on best practices.
• Stay engaged with orthodontic organizations to track industry trends.
• Provide clinical input for product development and software enhancements.
• Use data/analytics to support customers' decision making.
• Coordinate internal resources to optimize customer experience and promote LightForce solutions.
• Manage travel booking and expenses per guidelines.
• Identify and complete critical tasks with urgency.
