Job summary

Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to drive new patient starts, explain treatment options, and guide families through financial arrangements. The role requires multitasking, excellent communication with children and parents, and a proactive, reliable approach in a fast-paced practice.

You will coordinate treatments, contracts, and scheduling while maintaining patient confidentiality and contributing to team meetings and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and experience presenting treatment options to patients.
• Previous dental front office experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced orthodontic setting.
• Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus.
• Upbeat, caring, and professional demeanor around children.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatments, financial contracts and payment arrangements.
• Schedule and verify appointments in person or by phone.
• Explain treatment plans and financial options to families.
• Maintain patient information and confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Support marketing efforts and participate in team meetings.
• Answer phones, take messages, route calls, and follow up.
