Job summary

Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics, based in northern California, seeks an Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator to join our energetic team. You will coordinate treatments, financial contracts, and patient arrangements while scheduling and verifying appointments and preparing correspondence.

We value superb organization, clear communication, and a love for working with children in a fast-paced private-practice setting. Dental front office experience and Dentrix knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Experience in treatment presentations is preferred.
• Previous dental front office experience highly preferred.
• Loves working with children.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Upbeat personality is a MUST.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clean, neat professional appearance.
• Knowledge of Dentrix a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatments, financial contracts and financial arrangements.
• Schedule and verify appointments for patients in person or on the telephone.
• Prepare letters and correspondences as needed.
• Obtain and review patient information.
• Accurately maintain patient information in Dentrix.
• Maintain full schedules and an efficient office schedule flow.
• Answer phones, take messages, perform callbacks and route calls.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and regular team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and patient information.
