Job summary

Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics in Stockton, CA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to greet families, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure a friendly, efficient front desk experience for every patient.

You will work as part of a high-energy team committed to creating a fun, welcoming environment for children, with HIPAA compliant practices and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life/AD&D and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties
• Answer phones in a polite and timely manner

• Process daily and weekly reports
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, ADA compliance
• Coordinate front and back office patient flow

The Role

The primary duty of the Patient Coordinator is to be an integral part of the office team and to consistently deliver the most memorable and fun service experience possible for every patient, every day in every office.

The Essential Job Elements

• Assist patients with completing paperwork

• Maintain strict compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, Dental Board, etc…)
• Coordinate front and back office patient flow
• Non‑clinical area cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned
