Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments in Loveland, CO. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating value and solving product problems with staff.

You will track territory progress, communicate wins to your Regional Manager, and thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based role that rewards high performance with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields or B2B sales preferred) or a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate product value.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to the Regional Manager.
• Solve product problems on-site and inform doctors and staff on proper use and maintenance.
