Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to strategically promote and sell our instruments to meet customer needs in OR and office settings. You will demonstrate product value, track territory progress, inform Regional Manager of wins, and provide excellent service by solving product problems and guiding clinicians on use and maintenance.

This fast-paced role rewards high performance with a 100% commission structure, a draw, bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales (medical or b2b preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments to meet customer needs in OR and office settings.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrate value of products to clinicians.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins with Regional Manager; exceed goals.
• Resolve product issues and inform doctors, nurses and staff on use and maintenance.
• Provide excellent service and be prepared to assist customers as needed.
