Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Fort Collins is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to strategically promote our instruments across Northern Colorado. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating value and guiding clinicians on product use and maintenance.

This field-based role requires 5+ years of outside sales experience (medical or B2B preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with at least 2 years outside sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales (medical or B2B preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2 years outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments in Northern Colorado.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating value and instructing staff on use and maintenance.
• Track territory progress and report wins/progress to the Regional Manager; strive to exceed goals.
• Provide excellent service and assist clinicians with product questions and issues as needed.
