Job summary

Stryker in Loveland, Colorado is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to strategically promote and sell our Orthopaedic Instruments to hospitals and clinics.

You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrate value, track territory progress, and communicate wins to the Regional Manager. The role emphasizes service, ethics, and high-performance in a fast-paced environment.

This position is commission-based with bonuses and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products in OR and office settings.
• Conduct product evaluations and persuasively demonstrate value to customers.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to the Regional Manager.
• Resolve product issues and educate doctors, nurses and staff on use and maintenance.
• Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed.
