Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments to meet customers’ needs. You will conduct evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrate product value, and track territory progress while communicating wins to the Regional Manager.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll solve product problems, inform doctors and staff on proper use and maintenance, and strive to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for doctors, nurses and staff
• Ability to travel approximately 20% and drive a vehicle as required

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments to meet customer needs in OR and office settings
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrate value of products
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to Regional Manager
• Resolve product problems and inform staff on proper use and maintenance
