Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Sales Representative for Orthopaedic Instruments in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will promote and sell Stryker products, conducting product evaluations and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years in outside sales, preferably in medical fields, and exceptional communication skills. This position is field-based, 100% commission, with travel requirements of approximately 20%.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical sales or B2B sales is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 20%.
• Medium work: lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Strategically promote and sell Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Proactively communicate wins with your Regional Manager.

Skills

5+ years in an outside sales position

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to manage time and projects

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
