UPMC is hiring a full-time Patient Services Representative to support Orthopaedic Spine Associates at 12680 Perry Highway in Wexford, PA. The role centers on delivering a welcoming, efficient patient experience and supporting day-to-day front desk operations in a busy orthopaedic spine practice.

You will greet patients, guide them to self-arrival tech or desk check-in, collect copayments, verify benefits, register patients in Biometrics, promote the MyUPMC portal, and help schedule follow-up

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients warmly and guide them to self-arrival technology or front-desk check-in.
• Collect copayments and other payments at the point of service; verify insurance benefits.
• Register patients in Biometrics and explain benefits; promote MyUPMC registration.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals; triage calls and assist with administrative tasks such as scanning records and faxes.
