Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Sales Consultant to support the Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky orthopaedics territory. The role focuses on converting prospects, growing surgeon accounts, and delivering clinical and economic value to health care systems.

You will work with DePuy Synthes and Mitek Sports Medicine brands, traveling as needed to cover the region, building relationships with surgeons and OR staff, and driving strategic product sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant field and minimum 3 years’ sales or clinical experience.
• Alternate degrees with 5+ years related experience accepted.
• Extensive professional experience or active military transition considered.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting and planning: identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts.
• Achieve business plan objectives and quotas with approved resources.
• Product sales: drive sales for all assigned products in territory.
• Customer relationships: access key surgeons and buyers within accounts.
• Case coverage: maintain surgeon/resident contact with prospects and customers.
• Customer care: improve patient care, respond quickly, follow up.
• Inventory management: maintain sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Handles competitive threats and opportunities.
• Promote new or special emphasis products and strategic selling.
• Plan to balance product sales mix in territory.
