Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative based in Vermont to advance orthopedic care across the territory. You will act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, specializing in total joint reconstruction, and will convert accounts through sales calls and operating room coverage.

You will train surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products and build strong partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, and OR staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably within orthopedics.
• Demonstrated success selling to surgeon and hospital level.
• Strong relationship building with surgeons, KOLs and hospital stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, specializing in total joint reconstruction.
• Convert new and existing accounts through effective sales calls, in service support and operating room case coverage.
• Train and educate surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products, technologies and programs.
• Build strong partnerships with orthopedic and podiatric surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD teams and administrators.
• Drive adoption of innovative solutions including the CORI robotic surgical and navigation system.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate cross divisionally with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine partners to uncover growth opportunities.

Education
