Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of office experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage phone inquiries and assist patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for patients during scheduling, check-in, and check-out.
• Coordinate patient appointments, maintain records, answer calls, and respond to inquiries.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents; request outside records and labs.
• Support daily office operations, including filing, schedules, mail, faxes, and other administrative tasks.
• Contribute to surgical scheduling and provider schedule changes as assigned.
