You will partner with clinicians to ensure patients understand care and payment plans. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of PCC dental experience in orthodontics, strong communication, and a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of PCC dental experience in orthodontics.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, scheduling and insurance verification.
• Explain treatment options and payment plans to patients.
• Support the dental team to provide a smooth patient experience.
• Respond to patient questions and maintain clear communication.
• Help maximize appointment opportunities.
