Job summary

MercyOne Health System in Iowa is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Night shift in the Ortho Neuro unit. You will provide outcome-based patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, collaborating with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.

You will supervise and coordinate LPNs and nursing staff, support care continuity, and promote MercyOne's mission and values. Requires Iowa RN license, BLS, and Mandatory Reporter.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license, BLS, Mandatory Reporter.

Responsibilities

• Provide outcome-based patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Supervise and coordinate LPNs, Patient Care Assistants, and other nursing staff.
