Job summary

MercyOne in Iowa is seeking an Ortho Neuro Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a full-time, day shift role. You will supervise nursing staff and coordinate care across teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required is an Iowa RN license with BLS and mandatory reporter training; an associate degree is required, BSN preferred. The position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license, BLS certification and mandatory reporter training.

Responsibilities

• Provide outcome-based patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of LPNs, Patient Care Assistants, and other nursing staff.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally with physicians and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
