Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team in Bismarck seeks a Sales Associate to drive growth in the ND territory. You will support surgeons in the OR, demonstrate products, and help optimize equipment deployment while maintaining key customer relationships.

Travel to accounts and hospital-based support are required. Ideal candidates have a healthcare background, strong communication, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus relevant sales experience.
• Experience in healthcare or medical devices is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons in operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Attend surgeries to ensure equipment availability and proper utilization.
• Provide technical and product support; assist with hospital billing and PO creation.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to improve service.
