Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-visit planning by reviewing and updating patient records with tests and notes.
• Prepares patients for examination: state of vital signs; meds; allergies and history.
• Assists providers and care team with visits, tests, and discharge planning as needed.
• Maintains clean exam rooms and clinical supplies; handles waste per protocol.
• Documents education provided and coordinates with team on patient care.
