Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative within CONMED Sports Medicine to drive adoption and growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across your territory. This role requires clinical credibility, disciplined execution, and the ability to influence surgeons and clinical teams.

You will partner with surgeons, MDMs, and internal stakeholders to build physician champions, expand utilization, and secure contract placements with ASC, hospital, and IDN accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5+ years medical device or sports medicine sales experience.
• Market development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products.
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate product awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in target accounts.
• Partner with MDMs and full-line sales representatives to align account strategy and maximize product pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance to ensure successful product use and customer confidence.
