You will partner with surgeons and clinical teams to build champions, expand utilization, and secure opportunities through a strategic account approach.

The role emphasizes clinical credibility, disciplined execution, and owning territory strategy to achieve BioBrace-specific quotas and drive regional contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5+ years of medical device or tissue sales experience preferred.
• Market development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the territory.
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate awareness, trial, and long‑term conversion.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in target accounts with a focus on market expansion.
