Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption and growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across an assigned territory in the United States. You will collaborate with surgeons and internal teams to build champions, expand utilization, and secure contracts with hospitals and ASC networks.

The role requires strong clinical credibility, a strategic mindset, and the ability to operate independently while delivering measurable territory results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5+ years sales experience in medical device/sports medicine/orthobiologics/tissue sales preferred.
• Market development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory.
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate product awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in target accounts with a focus on market expansion.
• Partner with MDMs and full-line sales reps to align strategy and maximize pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance to ensure successful product use.
