Job summary

National Funding is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Orlando, FL for an onsite, full-time role. You will handle 200–300 calls daily, initiate outreach via calls, texts, and emails, and guide loan applicants through the application process.

You’ll reside on a fast-paced team with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality of customer data, and staying current on product information and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with loan applicants through high volume outbound calling, texting, and emailing.
• Establish connection with customers over the phone and build trust.
• Listen to customer questions and provide informed answers to encourage application completion.
• Obtain complete and accurate customer information and enter data in the designated database.
• Maintain clear records of all conversations in the database.
