Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando, FL, seeks a Virtual Sales Trainer to deliver Wyndham-approved training to the virtual sales team. You will conduct orientation for new reps, focus on product knowledge and sales effectiveness, and report progress to site leaders.

The role centers on elevating performance and ensuring compliance across vector training initiatives. The successful candidate will have Wyndham sales experience, a Florida real estate license, and availability on weekends/holidays to

Qualifications

• 1 year current or previous Wyndham Sales Experience.
• President's Club winner preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous sales management experience (Wyndham preferred).
• Must have a valid Florida Real Estate license.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Sales Orientation training sessions for all new and rehired sales representatives focusing on product knowledge, sales strategies, quality, compliance and productivity.
• Keep regional and site sales leaders informed of progress during training and identify problem areas through Redline Reporting.
• Conduct weekly trainings of new Sales Representatives for the first 90 days and report training needs to site sales leaders.
• Diagnose performance improvement goals and recommend training programs or solutions.
• Facilitate training programs and processes through structured learning on new and improved programs.
• Maintain and enhance expertise per the Site Leadership development plan.
