Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Virtual Sales Trainer to conduct sales training for our virtual sales team. The trainer delivers Wyndham-approved training and development to maintain defined objectives.

The role supports our Club Wyndham brand. You will run orientation sessions, report progress to site leaders, and tailor programs for the first 90 days, diagnosing performance gaps and guiding improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 year Wyndham sales experience.
• President's Club Winner preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous sales management experience with Wyndham preferred.
• Must hold a valid Florida Real Estate License.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Sales Orientation training sessions for new and rehired sales representatives.
• Keep regional and site sales leaders informed of progress during training and identify problem areas.
• Conducts weekly trainings of new Sales Representatives for the first 90 days and reports training needs to site sales leaders.
• Diagnose performance improvement goals for individuals and groups; recommend appropriate performance improvement and solutions such as training programs.
• Facilitate training program and processes through presenting and directing structured learning on all new and improved programs.
• Maintain and enhance expertise in accordance with Site Leadership development plan.
