Qualifications

• Experience in P&L management and financial acumen.
• Strong inventory management and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest-service oriented approach.
• Proven leadership to manage and develop a diverse team in a high-volume setting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in social media marketing, events, and catering is a plus.
• Prior experience managing a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
