Mister O1 is seeking a proven General Manager to lead daily operations of our Orlando restaurant. You will implement company policies, train staff, and uphold food safety, service, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of MIT program (4 weeks).
• College degree and/or 3-4 years line operations experience in restaurant industry.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures for staff and crew.
• Maximizes store KPI goals vs budget and prior year with local marketing plans.
• Manages food, labor and paper costs and other controllable expenses.
• Ensures Service Excellence and adherence to quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Leads Human Resources programs and staffing, performance feedback and appraisals.
