LBA Hospitality seeks a General Manager to lead hotel operations in Orlando, overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop associates, manage budgets, monitor performance, ensure brand standards, and maintain a positive workplace culture with a strong focus on revenue growth and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of hotel management experience with budget responsibility.
• 5+ years of supervis ing 15+ associates; Hilton or Marriott experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial analysis and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hotel associates.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and execute financial objectives while managing budgets, expenses and payroll.
• Monitor hotel performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, regulations and safety.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, purchasing and other admin tasks.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain positive community and business relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
