You will mentor staff, oversee social media marketing, events, and catering initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in P&L management and financial acumen.
• Strong inventory management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a guest-friendly approach.
• Leadership ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
• Experience in social media marketing, events, and catering is a plus.
• Prior experience managing a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
